Shipping Policy

United States shipping is done via WYND and gets delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on selected service. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections on our checkout page.

As an added bonus, if you reside locally in either Brooklyn or Manhattan you will also be given the choice at checkout of opting for same-day courier delivery for a low flat fee.

For International shipments we use WYND Worldwide who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 1-3 business days. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

Orders received before 3pm Monday-Friday will be processed within 48 hours. Orders received after 3pm on the weekend will be processed the following business day. We will group your order in as few shipments as possible and you will only be charged one time for shipping. If an item is backordered we will notify you immediately and you will have the choice to wait or cancel your order. You may not make any changes to your order (including altering the destination address) once it has been processed for shipment. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and proper shipping company listed. Please contact support@onsclothing.com for questions regarding package tracking and delivery. We are not responsible for packages after they leave our store.

O.N.S Clothing online return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify support@onsclothing.com and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A customer service representative will respond within the next business day and provide clear instructions to follow.

Merchandise must be unworn with tags intact to be accepted for a refund.

To receive a full refund, the return package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date it was shipped. We recommend you use a certified carrier and keep your own records. No returns will be accepted after 45 days. However, if shipment is received after 30 days but before 45 days, store credit or exchange can be issued.

RETURNING A GIFT

If you receive a gift and would like to return it, you may opt for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt date. If you provide the name of the person who purchased the gift, you will receive a credit in the amount of the original purchase. If you do not provide the name, or if the name was not provided at the date of original purchase, we will credit you in the amount of the current selling price. If the gift was originally purchased in store, but you need to return via postal service. Please call the location to make further arrangements.

OUR GUARANTEE

If we process your order incorrectly and/ or ship the wrong item(s) to you, please email support@onsclothing.com . Kindly follow the instructions as directed by our customer service department for returning unwanted items. We will send you a prepaid label and credit you for the original shipping charges incurred on unwanted items.

If you receive and item that is damaged or defective, please email support@onsclothing.com and we will make arrangements to exchange or refund you.
